In international cooperation, we support organizations in assessing diversity issues and developing equality strategies. This means dealing with differences in age groups, gender, ethnic backgrounds and other social identities.
Taking diversity as a starting point, we consult with organizations in creating frameworks for optimal individual and organizational performance. Frameworks that enable meaningful dialogue and co-learning processes between and within social groups. This is strongly reflected in our vision.
We facilitate dialogue platforms, ranging from diversity training workshops and seminars to long-term learning forums (web-based as well as face to face). In consultation with our clients we conduct participatory baseline studies. We support organizations in developing diversity policies and strategies.
