KM training starts
Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th of March, the first two days of the “Maritime knowledge management” training were held. Nine participants from six different companies were introduced to the basic principles of knowledge management, the development of a strategy and made a start on the subject of organizational culture. Thanks to the diversity in participating companies, an interesting and valuable exchange of experiences was possible. During the next course days (in April) the subjects of organization culture, structure and management style will be discussed. Personnel and systems will be the subjects of the third block in May.
A second run of the course will be held during this year’s fall. For more information please contact koen.beelen@co-capacity.org.
